Lay and Nikki, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Lay and I have worked side by side for almost 20 years. We met at the prestigious Jose Eber salon in Highland Park, where we quickly developed a clientele base that we shared as a cut and color team.
